社会的高速发展,促进了经济的快速进步,因此,人们对民商法的关注程度越来越强。为了顺应社会和经济的发展,民商法必须要进行相应的调整,才能满足人们的需求,进而推动社会建设的法制进度。本文就针对社会经济发展中民商法价值体系的变化与发展、基本原则的变化与发展、范畴与制度的变化与发展进行简要分析,供读者参考,以便民商法更好的服务于社会。
The rapid development of society has promoted the rapid economic progress. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to civil and commercial law. In order to comply with the social and economic development, civil and commercial law must make corresponding adjustments so as to meet the needs of the people and further promote the legal progress of social construction. This article analyzes the changes and development of the value system of civil and commercial law in socio-economic development, the changes and development of basic principles, the changes and development of categories and systems, and provides a brief analysis for readers’ reference so that Civil and Commercial Law can better serve the society.
