农产品对外贸易的发展曾经为台湾农业的发展带来过一段时期的辉煌,而1970年以来则呈持续逆差,2000年至今台湾农产品对外贸易呈现出阶段性特征。未来国际经济因素、台湾总体经济的发展、WTO 农业谈判结果、主要贸易伙伴美国和日本农产品的进出口的变化以及两岸农产品贸易的发中展趋势是影响台湾农产品对外贸易发展的主要因素。
The development of foreign trade in agricultural products has brought about the glories of Taiwan’s agricultural development for a period of time and the persistent deficit since 1970, and the foreign trade of agricultural products in Taiwan has shown a periodical characteristic since 2000. The future international economic factors, the development of Taiwan’s economy as a whole, the outcome of the WTO agriculture negotiations, the changes in the import and export of major trade partners in the United States and Japan and the development of cross-Strait agricultural trade are the major factors affecting the development of Taiwan’s agricultural foreign trade.
