[目的]观察艽龙胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗肝胃郁热型功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。[方法]将符合FD肝胃郁热型的患者随机分为艽龙胶囊组(A组)、多潘立酮组(B组)、艽龙胶囊+多潘立酮组(C组),每组各30例。治疗两周,观察并记录患者胃脘饱胀、脘部烧灼、口干口苦等症状改善,并计算疗效指数。治疗前及治疗后两周进行胃排空试验。[结果]3组治疗后症状积分较前均有不同程度下降,C组改善程度更为明显。13C-辛酸呼气试验测定胃固体排空显示3组胃排空时间均有明显改善(P<0.05)。[结论]艽龙胶囊联合多潘立酮能有效缓解肝胃郁热型FD的症状,加速胃排空。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Jilong Capsule combined with domperidone in treating functional dyspepsia of liver and stomach with heat-dampness (FD). [Methods] The patients with FD liver-stomach type were randomly divided into two groups: control group (group A), domperidone group (group B), and hydrocortisone group + domperidone group (group C), 30 cases in each group. Treatment for two weeks, observe and record the patient’s stomach fullness, burns, dry mouth and mouth pain and other symptoms, and calculate the efficacy index. Gastric emptying was performed before treatment and two weeks after treatment. [Results] The symptom scores of the three groups decreased to some extent after treatment, and the improvement in C group was more obvious. 13C-octanoic acid breath test gastric emptying showed that gastric emptying time were significantly improved (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Jilong capsule combined with domperidone can effectively relieve the symptoms of FD with FDG and accelerate gastric emptying.
