鸡胚脑神经细胞培养的第5天给去甲肾上腺素(NE)2μg/ml,培养第10天的神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性为对照的2.3倍,且较对照提前3天达到高峰。在神经细胞培养的第5天同时给 NE2μg/ml 和人参皂甙87μg/ml 时,第7天的胆碱酯酶活性为单给 NE的190.7%。氨甲基喋呤能明显降低神经细胞的胆碱酯酶活性,NE 能减轻氨甲基喋呤对神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的降低。初步认为 NE 促进培养神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的增强是因为它促进了神经细胞的成熟和胆碱酯酶的合成。
The chick embryo brain cells were given 2μg / ml norepinephrine (NE) on the fifth day and the cholinesterase activity of nerve cells on the 10th day of culture was 2.3 times of the control, reaching the peak three days earlier than the control. Cholinesterase activity on day 7 was 190.7% of NE alone when NE2 μg / ml and ginsenoside 87 μg / ml were administered simultaneously on the fifth day of neural cell culture. Aminomethyl-neopterin can significantly reduce the activity of cholinesterase in nerve cells. NE can reduce the decrease of cholinesterase activity by aminomethyl-neopterin in nerve cells. It is preliminarily believed that NE enhances the activity of cholinesterase in culturing nerve cells because it promotes the maturation of nerve cells and the synthesis of cholinesterase.
