尽管还有这样那样的不尽人意处,尽管还有一些硬伤,电视连续剧《大法官》还是吸引我从头到尾意兴十足地看了一遍。看完全剧感慨良多。一部以教化功能为主要任务的电视剧能够让人达到如此审美境界,实在是不易的。粗看起来,《大法官》有点像是一部行业剧,它以描写法院工作的人和事为己任,旨在树立法律工作者尤其是法院工作者的正面形象。但实际上,它已不再是一部普通意义上的行业剧了。行业剧往往难以避免肤浅、直露、平庸的毛病,其正面人物常常是理想化的,也常常是苍白的、概念化的。选择某一行业为题材进行创作常要冒这种风险,因为它受到方方面面的局限太多。没有对生活的了解和体验,没有艺术的才情和感觉,就难以冲出这种樊篱。这是为许多同类作品所反复证明了的通病。好在由于编导演的共同努力,《大法官》已经升格为一部具有较高艺术品位的电视剧了。因为这部电视剧不仅为我们提供了几个颇为理想化的人物杨铁如、陈默雷、林子涵,而且还成功地刻画了腐败分子孙志、王玉和、张业铭等人的独特个性。就艺术创作的份量而言,正反两面,旗鼓相当,因而好戏连台。

Fortunately, due to the joint efforts of the director director, “Justice” has been upgraded to a television drama with a higher artistic taste. Because this drama not only provided us with quite a few idealized figures such as Yang Tieru, Chen Mulei and Lin Zihan, but also successfully portrayed the unique personality of the corrupt elements Sun Zhi, Wang Yuhe and Zhang Yeming. As far as the amount of artistic creation is concerned, there are pros and cons both.
