为全面了解《两指令》的内容,解答广大对欧盟出口企业的困惑,及早提出对策。2004年5月12～28日,商务部机电司,中国电子进出口总公司,中国机电商会、北京市机电办、山东省机电办、青岛市机电办、江苏省机电办一行九人出访欧盟,对《两指令》进行了系统、完整、全面的了解、研究,现将有关研究结果登出,供广大企业参考。
In order to fully understand the contents of the “Two Directives” and to answer the questions of the EU’s exporting enterprises, early solutions have been proposed. From May 12 to 28, 2004, nine people from the Electromechanical Division of the Ministry of Commerce, the China Electronics Import and Export Corporation, the China Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Beijing Electrical and Mechanical Office, the Electrical and Information Office of Shandong Province, the Qingdao Mechanical and Electrical Office, and the Jiangsu Electromechanical Office visited the European Union. A systematic, complete and comprehensive understanding and study of the “Two Directives” has been published, and the relevant research results are now published for reference by the majority of companies.
