本文首先从混凝土真空脱水密实机理的分析入手,论述了真空脱水的三大密实作用力在混凝土真空脱水的各个阶段所起的作用,及其对混凝土中不同深度层次上的作用大小,从微观结构上解释了真空混凝土产生塑性结构强度及早强高、强度发展快的原因。并在此基础上分析、解释了混凝土真空脱水技术给水泥混凝土路面施工带来的几点益处。然后,根据微观试验及宏观试验结果,分析了真空混凝土路面的结构特征,着重论述真空混凝土的表面层结构,特别是真空混凝土能产生一个特别致密表面层的原因。最后,以真空混凝土的结构特征为理论基础,结合实测数据,论述了真空混凝土的耐磨性、抗渗性、抗冻性等耐久性能,指出混凝土真空脱水技术特别适合在有耐磨、抗渗、抗冻、抗裂等要求的混凝土工程中推广应用。
In this paper, starting from the analysis of densification mechanism of concrete vacuum dewatering, the paper discusses the role of the three densification forces of vacuum dewatering in all stages of vacuum dewatering of concrete and their effect on the depth of concrete in different depths.
