[目的]对红叶石楠花脂溶性成分进行分析。[方法]采用石油醚浸提红叶石楠花中的脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测其成分,面积归一化法计算各成分的相对质量分数。[结果]从红叶石楠花中鉴定出48个脂溶性成分,占色谱总流出峰面积的75.17%,其中芳香酚类1种(0.04%)、酸类11种(47.96%)、醇类6种(6.72%)、酯类6种(0.94%)、烷烃类6种(18.10%)、萜烯类11种(0.45%)、醛类2种(0.22%)、芳香烃类1种(0.07%)、酮类4种(0.45%)、烯烃类1种(0.08%)。其主要成分为棕榈酸(17.31%)、亚油酸(21.83%)、硬脂酸(3.23%)、亚麻醇(4.14%)和二十四烷(17.95%)。[结论]通过对红叶石楠花脂溶性成分的分析,为其以后的开发利用提供理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the liposoluble components of heather leaves. [Method] The liposoluble constituents of Heather leaves were extracted by petroleum ether, the components were determined by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, and the relative mass fraction of each component was calculated by area normalization. [Result] Forty-eight liposoluble constituents were identified from Heather leaves, accounting for 75.17% of the total chromatographic peak area. Among them, 1 species of aromatic phenols (0.04%), 11 species of acids (47.96%), 6.72%), 6 kinds of esters (0.94%), 6 kinds of alkanes (18.10%), 11 kinds of terpenes (0.45%), 2 kinds of aldehydes (0.22% 4 kinds of ketones (0.45%) and 1 kinds of olefins (0.08%). Its main components are palmitic acid (17.31%), linoleic acid (21.83%), stearic acid (3.23%), flax alcohol (4.14%) and tetracosane (17.95%). [Conclusion] The analysis of liposoluble constituents of heather leaves provided a theoretical basis for their future development and utilization.
