图书馆借还服务不但是图书文献得以流通的最基本的方式,也是图书馆工作的重要内容,其服务的质量直接体现了图书馆的整体形象及素质。现代人们对图书馆借还服务提出了更高的要求,因此只有不断改革并创新服务模式,提高服务水平,才能充分满足人们的需求,实现图书馆事业的可持续发展。
Library loan service is not only the most basic way for circulation of books and documents, but also an important part of library work. The quality of service directly reflects the overall image and quality of libraries. Modern people put forward higher requirements on library loan-back service. Therefore, only by continuously reforming and innovating service mode and improving service level can we fully satisfy people’s needs and realize the sustainable development of the library.
