以薏苡仁为原料,用乙醇溶液为溶剂,采用超声提取其中的酚类物质。通过单因素试验对乙醇体积分数、液料比、超声时间、超声温度等工艺参数进行研究,并用响应面Box-Behnken试验设计对提取工艺进行优化,建立二次多项数学模型,所得超声提取多酚工艺的最佳工艺参数:乙醇体积分数40%,液料比20∶1(mL/g),超声温度50℃,超声时间40 min。实际测得多酚得率为0.495 mg·g-1,与理论预测值基本相符。
Coix seed as raw material, with ethanol solution as solvent, using ultrasonic extraction of phenols. The single factor experiments were used to study the parameters such as volume fraction of ethanol, ratio of liquid to material, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature. The optimization of the extraction process was carried out by using the Box-Behnken experimental design of response surface. The mathematical model of the second order was established. The optimum technological parameters of the phenol process: alcohol volume fraction of 40%, the ratio of liquid to liquid 20: 1 (mL / g), ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃, ultrasonic time 40 min. The measured yield of polyphenols was 0.495 mg · g-1, which was in good agreement with the theoretical predictions.
