目的分析孝感地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染状况,为宫颈癌防治提供理论依据。方法采用表面等离子谐振技术对孝感地区2 080名女性进行HPV检测,并对HPV感染情况进行统计分析。结果共检出HPV感染者426例,感染率20.48%,其中高危型HPV、低危型HPV及HPV多重感染的感染率分别为17.36%,3.13%,5.09%,高危型HPV感染率高于低危型HPV,HPV多重感染(P<0.05);不同年龄组HPV感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);426例HPV感染者24种亚型均被检出,HPV16为最常见亚型。结论应对普通女性人群进行HPV检测,以降低宫颈癌发生率。
Objective To analyze the infection status of human papilloma virus (HPV) in Xiaogan area and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods The surface plasmon resonance technique was used to detect HPV in 2080 women in Xiaogan area. The HPV infection was statistically analyzed. Results A total of 426 cases of HPV infection were detected, the infection rate was 20.48%. The infection rates of high-risk HPV, low-risk HPV and HPV were 17.36%, 3.13% and 5.09%, respectively. The prevalence of high-risk HPV was higher than that of low (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HPV infection rates among different age groups (P> 0.05) .There were 24 subtypes of 426 HPV infections were detected, HPV16 was the most common subtype . Conclusions HPV testing should be performed on ordinary female population to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.
