基层公务员是我国公务员体系中比较重要的一个方面,对于这些基层公务员来说,其中存在的薪酬问题还是比较突出的,基于这种基层公务员薪酬管理进行优化也就显得极为必要,本文就重点针对新形势下的基层公务员薪酬管理优化的路径进行了简要的分析和探讨。
