为观察注射用黄芪冻干粉(HQFDPI)对心肌缺血犬血流动力学和心肌耗氧量的影响。通过结扎犬左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,静脉给药,测定犬血流动力学参数及心肌耗氧量。结果发现:各用药组于药后5~30 min期间明显减慢心肌缺血犬心率(HR),明显降低(P<0.05~0.01)舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)压;同时,各用药组于药后10 min~4 h期间显著降低左室舒张末压(LVEDP)(P<0.05~0.01);HQFDPI各剂量组于药后10 min时还明显提高(P<0.05~0.01)心肌缺血犬最大收缩速率(+dp/dtmax);各用药组于给药后10 min~4h期间显著增加心输出量(CO),其中,HQFDPI高剂量组作用十分显著(P<0.01);各用药组于药后10 min~4 h期间还显著降低外周阻力(TPR)(P<0.05~0.01)、显著增加冠脉流量(CBF)(P<0.05~0.01);HQFDPI高剂量组于给药5~30 min显著降低心脏做功(MW)(P<0.05~0.01);此外,HQFDPI高剂量组和丹参组动脉血氧含量和心肌耗氧量呈显著降低趋势(P<0.05);而中、高剂量组心肌氧摄取率于药后30 min~3 h亦显著降低(P<0.05~0.01)。综上,HQFDPI能明显改善犬心肌缺血指标,显著提高心肌缺血后的心功能。
To observe the effects of HQFDPI injection on hemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in myocardial ischemic dogs.
