班主任(教师)工作是平凡而又神圣的,她直接关系着学生的前途和命运。心中有爱,举手投足间挥洒出来的是温暖、亲切、宽容。关爱像雨露,可以润泽学生干涸的心田;信任似春风,可以吹开学生禁锢的心扉。“赏识是雨露,能催生出最艳丽的花”、“赏识具有伟大的力量,足以改变人的一生”。让我们用师爱的阳光温暖每一片稚嫩的童真,用师德的雨露滋润每一枝可爱的蓓蕾。让学生在和谐、愉快的成长环境中,发挥特长,展示自我,健康地成长起来。
