《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》明确了建立军官职业化制度的改革目标任务,武警部队作为我国武装力量的重要组成部分,与军官职业化改革相应的是武警警官职业化。提升职业警官的法律素养是加强武警部队法治建设的关键,是武警警官职业化的必然要求,是提升部队战斗力的必要因素,是有效完成以执勤处突为中心的多样化任务的重要保障,更是推进依法治军、依法治国的重要组成部分。
The CPC Central Committee’s Decision on Some Important Issues of Deepening the Reform in an All-Round Way clearly defines the task of reforming the system of professionalizing military officers. As an important component part of our armed forces, the Armed Police Forces, in accordance with the professionalization of military officers, is the professionalization of armed police officers. Improving the legal awareness of professional police officers is the key to strengthening the legal construction of Armed Police Forces. It is an inevitable requirement for the professionalization of Armed Police Corps and a necessary factor for enhancing the combat effectiveness of the armed forces. It is also an important guarantee for the effective accomplishment of diversified tasks centered on duty and service. It is an important part of promoting the rule of law and governing the country according to law.
