供给侧改革是我国经济结构改革和企业改革的重要政策。企业在这种情况下,做好人力资源管理工作策略的选择和调整正当其时,而且日显重要。人是一切生产销售、管理的主体,目前,许多企业在人力资源管理上存在结构不合理、培训理念落后以及激励制度不健全、陈旧等现象。本文将就供给侧改革与人力资源管理策略的调整与选择进行思考与研究。
Supply-side reform is an important policy of China’s economic structural reform and enterprise reform. Enterprises in this case, do a good job of human resources management strategy selection and adjustment of the right time, and increasingly important. People are the main body of production, sales and management. At present, many enterprises have some problems in human resource management, such as unreasonable structure, backward training concept, unsound incentive system and obsolescence. This article will consider and research the adjustment and choice of supply-side reform and human resources management strategy.
