在体外受精-胚胎移植的治疗中,合并子宫内膜异位囊肿的患者结局不良。因此,在采取辅助生殖技术进行治疗前,是否需要手术剥除子宫内膜异位囊肿是临床医生的困惑。近年越来越多的研究发现,手术剥除子宫内膜异位囊肿会损害卵巢储备功能,降低卵巢反应性,手术后患者接受体外受精-胚胎移植治疗的结局并无显著改善。手术引起的损伤与手术过程、术者经验、手术方式都有关。在接受体外受精治疗前,手术剥除子宫内膜异位囊肿对患者并无显著益处,只有在某些特殊情况下才应考虑。
In IVF-ET treatment, patients with endometriotic cysts have poor outcomes. Therefore, the use of assisted reproductive technology for treatment, whether the need for surgical removal of endometriotic cysts is a clinician confusion. In recent years, more and more studies have found that surgical removal of endometriosis cysts can damage ovarian reserve function and reduce ovarian reactivity. There is no significant improvement in the outcomes of patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer after surgery. Surgery caused by the injury and the surgical process, surgeon experience, surgical methods are relevant. Surgical removal of endometriotic cysts is not of significant benefit to patients until after IVF treatment, and should only be considered in certain special circumstances.
