在AZ91D合金表面制备电弧喷涂铝涂层;并在N_2环境下对合金铝涂层表面进行固态扩渗锌处理。利用扫描电镜、能谱分析、浸泡试验等研究手段对喷涂铝涂层及电弧喷涂/扩散锌粉复合涂层形貌、元素分布、相结构及耐腐蚀性能进行研究,并对复合涂层改善基体耐腐蚀性的机理进行分析与讨论。结果表明:AZ91D镁合金铝涂层表面经固态扩渗锌处理后,获得了均匀致密的复合涂层,铝涂层与锌层之间形成了明显的互扩散层,扩散层由外侧的亮白色区和内侧灰褐色区组成;试样在3.5%NaCl溶液中进行浸泡试验表现出了良好的耐腐蚀性能。
The arc spraying aluminum coating was prepared on the surface of AZ91D alloy. The surface of the alloy aluminum coating was infiltrated with zinc in solid state under N2 atmosphere. The morphology, elemental distribution, phase structure and corrosion resistance of sprayed aluminum coating, arc sprayed / diffused zinc powder composite coating were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and immersion test. The effects of composite coating on matrix Corrosion resistance of the mechanism for analysis and discussion. The results show that the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy aluminum coating is uniformly and densely coated with zinc after solid-state zinc treatment, and the interdiffusion layer is formed between the aluminum coating and the zinc layer. The diffusion layer consists of bright white Zone and the inner brown zone; sample immersed in 3.5% NaCl solution showed good corrosion resistance.
