1987年7月10日至16日某学院某寝室里发生了4例伤寒。年龄19～21岁,全部为女姓。均有发冷、发烧、头痛、恶心、腹痛、全身不适、驰张热、肝脾肿大,1例缓脉,经用氯霉素治疗有效,疗程18～43d,未见并发症。肥大氏反应:“O”抗体:1∶320～1∶640,“H”抗体:1∶320～1∶640,副伤寒甲、乙、丙均为阴性。在用药前行血培养及便培养均未培养出伤寒杆菌生长。调 Four typhoid fever occurred in a dormitory in a college from July 10 to July 1987. Age 19 ~ 21 years old, all female surname. All had chills, fever, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, general malaise, hot flashes, hepatosplenomegaly, and 1 case of slow pulse. The treatment was effective with chloramphenicol. The course of treatment was 18-43 days. No complications were found.
