裁员,一个沉重的话题。然而,随着组织变革的加速,并购之风在企业界愈演愈烈,企业领导者和员工们不得不一次又一次地面对这一令人痛苦的问题。国际上,摩托罗拉公司在10个月内连续三次裁员;朗讯宣布全球裁员1.6万人计划;三菱汽车公司裁减8000名员工;索尼全球裁员10%;波音公司再裁1440人。国内企业裁员的消息也从未间断过,先是联想、实达等IT公司,接着是几大保险公司也紧随其后,实施减员。没有泪水和怨气的裁员艺术已经成为人力资源管理者们一门必修的功课。
Layoffs, a heavy topic. However, with the acceleration of organizational changes, the trend of mergers and acquisitions has intensified in the corporate world, corporate leaders and employees have to face this painful issue again and again. Internationally, Motorola has made layoffs for three consecutive times within 10 months; Lucent has announced a global layoff of 16,000 people; Mitsubishi Motors has cut 8,000 employees; Sony has laid off 10% of the world; Boeing has cut 1,440 people. The news of layoffs by domestic companies has never ceased. First, IT companies such as Lenovo and Shida, followed by several major insurance companies, followed suit. The art of layoffs without tears and grievances has become a required course for human resources managers.
