目的此项调查研究旨在了解四川省基层卫生机构卫生信息系统功能建设状况,为进一步加强基层卫生信息建设工作提供相关实证依据。方法调查对象涉及全省14个地区和市、42个县、118个基层卫生机构,采用问卷调查和现场考察的方法。结果近几年四川省基层医疗卫生信息系统的建设速度明显加快,调查对象中57.63%的基层医疗机构已建立起医疗卫生信息系统,但部分基层医疗卫生机构的健康档案管理、健康信息服务功能建设方面还处于初级阶段。33%的人员希望专业技术人员上门进行技术指导,11%的人员希望以全脱产接受培训。结论当前基层医疗卫生信息系统基本功能建设工作还处于初期阶段,工作重点在于人才的培养,需要政府继续加大力度投入和社会各界的支持。只有通过不懈努力进行内涵建设,才能实现基层卫生信息建设工作长足发展。
Objective The purpose of this survey is to understand the status of health information system in primary health institutions in Sichuan Province and provide relevant evidences for further strengthening the construction of grassroots health information. Methods The survey involved 14 districts and cities in the province, 42 counties and 118 grassroots health institutions. The questionnaires and on-the-spot investigation methods were used. Results In recent years, the construction speed of basic medical and health information system in Sichuan Province accelerated obviously. 57.63% of the grass-root medical institutions in the survey had established the medical and health information system. However, the health records management and health information service functions of some primary medical and health institutions Aspects are still in their infancy. Thirty-three percent want professional technicians to come home for technical guidance and 11% want full-time job training. Conclusion At present, the basic function construction of primary medical and health information system is still in the initial stage. The focus of the work is on the cultivation of qualified personnel, which requires the government to continue to increase its input and support from all walks of life. Only through unremitting efforts to carry out the connotation of construction, in order to achieve the grassroots health information construction rapid development.
