(二) 四至六个月的练习内容 1.由坐到站立的练习目的:锻炼下肢肌肉力量做法:婴儿坐在母亲的腹上,母亲托扶住婴儿的腋下,慢慢地扶起婴儿成站立的姿势。由于婴儿的体重在双脚上,两个腿就会无意识地伸直。重复3—5次。 2.取玩具目的:促进抬头动作和侧臂支撑身体动作的协同配合做法:婴儿俯卧,玩具放在脸的前面。使婴儿注意力集中到玩具上,并试图用一只手得到玩具,另一只胳膊的肘在胸的下方支撑身体,形成取玩具的动作。重复2—3次。
