多党合作制度“三化”建设历经几十年的历史演进,取得了辉煌成就。文章从社会因素、政治因素、实践因素几方面入手,对推进多党合作制度化规范化程序化建设的要素进行了分析,探索了提高多党合作制度“三化”水平的路径:一是构筑和完善制度体系。二是建立和健全运行机制。三是重视程序环节中的创新。
