从2015年开始,延期开业、倒闭等令人揪心的现象频频出现,即便如此,全国商业地产存量市场依然庞大。自上个世纪80年代起,中国购物中心行业从香港兴起,其后进入大陆扩张,并逐步在各大城市落地生根。截至目前,根据仲量联行最新报告数据,2015年中国商业地产投资创下新纪录,共完成交易资产总值约1500亿元人民币。估计截至2015年末中国商业地产总规模位居全球第二,达8060亿美元,仅次于美国。
From 2015 onwards, there are frequent appearing disasters such as postponement of opening up and bankruptcy. Even so, the stock market of commercial real estate nationwide is still huge. Since the 80s of last century, China shopping center industry emerged from Hong Kong, and then expanded into the mainland and gradually took root in major cities. Up to now, according to the latest report from Jones Lang LaSalle, China’s commercial real estate investment hit a new record in 2015, with a total transaction value of about 150 billion yuan. As of the end of 2015, it is estimated that the total size of commercial real estate in China ranks second in the world, reaching 806 billion U.S. dollars, second only to the United States.
