本文主要对岐脊加夫蛤幼虫培育的适宜密度进行初步探讨。以壳长为160.3μm的壳顶幼虫进行实验,历时8天。实验结果表明:在水温27—29℃,比重1.020—1.022的条件下,投以等量的异胶藻和牟氏角毛藻的混合饵料,幼虫培育的适宜密度为5—10个/ml。密度为2个/ml幼虫的生长速度快,但变态时存活率较低;而密度为25个/ml幼虫的生长速度缓慢而且变态时存活率低;15个/ml、20个/ml幼虫的生长缓慢,但变态时存活率高。
In this paper, the appropriate density of Chikukawa clam’s larvae was primarily discussed. Experiments were conducted on shell-top larvae with a shell length of 160.3 μm for 8 days. The experimental results show that when the water temperature is 27-29 ℃ and the specific gravity is 1.020-1.022, the same density of 5-10 g / ml is suitable for the larvae culture. The density of 2 / ml larvae grew faster, but the metamorphosis survival rate was lower; while the density of 25 / ml larvae growth rate is slow and metamorphosis low survival rate; 15 / ml, 20 / ml larvae Slow growth, but metamorphosis high survival rate.
