利用乙醇稀释食品添加剂丙二醇后直接进样,电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定铅含量。结果显示:在0~5.0μg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数R2=0.999 7;回收率在91.8%~103.1%,RSD在0.9%~2.3%;与GB 5009.12相比,无显著差异,但具有高检出限、灵敏度好、精密度等优点。丙二醇作为防霉剂、催熟剂、防腐剂、乳化剂、保湿剂等,广泛用于食品工业。《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂丙二醇》GB 29216-2012中规定铅含量按《食品安全国家标准食品中铅的测定》GB 5009.12规定的方法进行
