文章运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等研究方法,以陇南师范高等专科学校为研究对象,对大学体育教学模式进行理论研究。2003以来,陇南师范高等专科学校《大学体育》课程采用四个模块式教学,存在着一定的弊端,现进行教学模式改革。以期通过《大学体育》教学改革使学生在生理、心理、社会适应性等方面得到全面的发展,并且能够对体育院校《大学体育》教学模式改革提供参考。
Using the research methods of literature, investigation and interview, the article takes Longnan Teachers College as the research object and conducts the theoretical research on college PE teaching mode. Since 2003, Longnan Teachers College “University Physical Education” curriculum using four modular teaching, there are some drawbacks, is the teaching reform. In order to make the students develop comprehensively in physiology, psychology and social adaptability through the teaching reform of “University Physical Education”, and to provide a reference for the teaching reform of “University Physical Education” in PE Institute.
