根据椭圆封头近似椭圆壳的几何形状 ,计算了不同厚径比、不同长短轴之比的椭圆封头的不连续应力 ,得到一组应力增强系数曲线 ,适用于长短轴之比为1~3 5 ,厚径比为0 002~0 04的椭圆封头 .计算表明ASME规范制定椭圆封头形状系数公式时仅考虑厚径比为0 015625时的情况不甚合理 .同时结合厚径比对封头深度的影响 ,推荐了不同厚径比下椭圆封头应控制的最浅深度
According to the geometrical shape of the elliptical shell approximating the elliptical head, the discontinuous stress of the elliptical head with different ratio of thickness to length and ratio of length to length is calculated, and a series of stress enhancement coefficient curves are obtained. The ratio of the long axis to the short axis is 1 ~ 3 5, and the aspect ratio is 0 002 ~ 0 04. The calculation shows that it is not reasonable to consider only the aspect ratio of 0 015625 when the ASME code formulates the formula of elliptic head shape coefficient.Meanwhile, The effect of head depth, recommended the depth of the shallowest oval head should be controlled under different thickness to diameter ratio
