高职旅游管理专业在推动“工学并行式”人才培养模式的过程中,课程体系是基础,也是核心,其重要性是不言而喻的。有鉴于此,本文围绕高职旅游管理专业“工学并行式”课程体系进行研究,首先介绍了课程体系构建的原则,其次提出了课程体系构建的总体思路,最后讨论了课程体系构建的具体实施策略,主要包括:以旅游企业岗位分工为依据,构建“工学并行式”课程体系;以培养和强化学生专业技能为目的,增加专业实践教学课时占比;以校企合作为媒介,推动师资队伍建设;以旅游服务养成教育为载体,促进学生服务理念的养成等。以期为高职旅游管理专业教学工作的高效开展提供有益参考。
In the course of promoting the model of “parallel work in engineering and science and technology” in higher vocational tourism management specialty, the curriculum system is the foundation and the core as well.
