1.制作的必要性我单位油井压裂背罐车长期频繁工作后,其起降背罐架的举升缸经常出现漏油现象,严重影响生产施工。在对该举升缸更换和维修过程中,维修人员发现,若仅更换举升缸密封件,则举升缸漏油频繁。而更换举升缸总成,则举升缸经久耐用。针对这一现象,我们对多个修复后再漏油的举升缸进行解体分析,发现其上的密封圈均存在不同程度的变形。经实验,排除了密封圈质量问题,最终确定举升缸漏油的原因是安装密封圈时操作不当。举升缸密封圈的安装质量,直接影响举升缸整体密封性能。该举升缸密封圈为特氟龙材料,硬度大,难以拉伸。密封圈截面为矩形,
