目的探讨中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿的应用价值。方法对48例阑尾周围脓肿的患者,随机分为治疗组(n=25)和对照组(n=23)。两组除用抗菌素外,治疗组加用中草药治疗。结果治疗组的抗生素使用天数、体温恢复正常所需天数、B超包块吸收天数均较对照组短。治愈率88.8%,明显高于对照组69.6%。与对照组比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论阑尾周围脓肿采用中西医结合治疗效果好,治愈率高。
Objective To explore the value of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of abscess around the appendix. Methods 48 patients with abscess around the appendix were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 25) and control group (n = 23). In addition to using antibiotics in both groups, the treatment group plus Chinese herbal medicine treatment. Results The treatment group antibiotics days, body temperature returned to normal the number of days, B-block mass absorption days were shorter than the control group. The cure rate was 88.8%, significantly higher than 69.6% in the control group. Compared with the control group P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The abdomen around the appendix using traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment effect is good, the cure rate is high.
