基于微观和宏观两个视角,从外包的含义和分类出发,对企业选择外包的动因及风险分析、外部环境分析、合适外包业务的选择、承包商和外包活动的监管和签订以及外包发展相应的指导性原则等进行研究,以期为外包实践提供一定的借鉴意义。通过研究,得出启示是:企业在进行业务外包时,必须考虑外包存在的风险,并且要慎重对待外包合同的签订,掌握外包合同签订的细节和技巧;企业进行外包时,还应考虑外包业务所在行业的结构;要考虑宏观环境的营造,使我国企业能够成为大型跨国公司的承包商,承接更多合同。
Based on the microscopic and macroscopic perspectives, from the meaning and classification of outsourcing, this paper analyzes the motivation and risk analysis of outsourcing, the analysis of external environment, the selection of suitable outsourcing business, the supervision and signing of contractors and outsourcing activities and the corresponding development of outsourcing Guiding principles and other research, with a view to provide some reference for the practice of outsourcing.
