商业银行组织结构对于提高银行运营效率、增强银行竞争力具有重要作用。我国国有商业银行经过近十年的改革与发展，已经基本具备现代商业银行的特征，但其组织结构的变革仍明显落后于市场需求。本文分析了我国国有商业银行组织结构存在的问题。接着提出优化我国国有商业银行组织结构的建议。
