探讨了超声波和双氧水处理对冬瓜种子萌发的影响。冬瓜种子经不同时间的超声波水浴处理 ,结果表明 ,处理 5min的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和发芽速度等种子活力指标分别比对照提高了 1 2 .3 %、54 .0 %、39.4%和 30 .8%。种子用不同浓度的双氧水处理 ,0 .5 %和 1 .0 %的双氧水可显著促进冬瓜种子的萌发 ,提高种子活力。尤其是0 .5 %的双氧水处理效果最佳 ,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和发芽速度分别比对照提高了 1 4 .8%、56 .4%、48.8%和 38.5%。
The effects of ultrasonic and hydrogen peroxide treatment on the germination of wax gourd seeds were discussed. The results showed that the seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index and germination speed of seeds treated with 5 min were increased by 12.3%, 54.0% and 39.4% respectively compared with the control, And 30.8%. Seed with different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide treatment, 0.5% and 1.0% hydrogen peroxide can significantly promote the germination of melon seeds and improve seed vigor. In particular, 0.5% H2O2 had the best treatment effect. The germination rate, germination energy, germination index and germination rate of seeds were increased by 14.8%, 56.4%, 48.8% and 38.5% respectively compared with the control.
