教育的发展离不开教师,教育改革的成败也关键在于教师。因此,教育的改革首先应是教师的改革,教师教育的改革。近年来,世界各国重视发展职业教育,中国的职业教育处于刚起步阶段。很多制度和理念还不太完善,因此教师教育也日益成为研究的一个新焦点。本文通过对西安外国语大学高职部教师发展成长规律的透视,探求在五年制高职这样一个既不同于大学教育,又不同于中专教育的特殊的教育体制下,青年教师的发展规律以及影响其发展的因素。
The development of education can not be separated from teachers. The key to the success or failure of education reform lies in teachers. Therefore, the reform of education should firstly be the reform of teachers and the reform of teacher education. In recent years, all countries in the world attach importance to the development of vocational education, and vocational education in China is in its infancy. Many systems and concepts are not yet perfect, so teacher education is increasingly becoming a new focus of research. Through the perspective of the law of the development and growth of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Xi’an International Studies University, this article explores the development law of young teachers under such a special education system that is different from university education and secondary education in five-year vocational colleges as well as Factors affecting its development.
