Ｄ -二聚体 (Ｄ2 Ｓ)是交联纤维蛋白在纤溶酶的作用下所产生的一种特异性降解产物 ,是反映凝血及纤溶活化的特异性分子标志物。我们采用酶联免疫法 (ＥＬＩＳＡ)快速检测了 80例晚期肝、肺癌病人血浆中Ｄ2 Ｓ的含量 ,以探讨血浆Ｄ2 Ｓ含量的升高与肿瘤病情的关系及其临床意义。
D-dimer (D2S) is a specific degradation product produced by cross-linked fibrin under the action of plasmin and it is a specific molecular marker that reflects the activation of coagulation and fibrinolysis. We used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to rapidly detect the plasma D2S levels in 80 cases of advanced liver and lung cancer patients to explore the relationship between plasma D2S levels and tumor condition and its clinical significance.
