患者，男性，５１岁。因鼻塞头痛８月余伴左眼失明３月。患者于去年（１９９８年）３月开始鼻塞头痛。以左前额部疼痛为主，无明显规律性。鼻塞呈间歇性交替性。鼻腔流少量脓性分泌物。无涕中带血。同年８月左眼视力下降。在市级医院眼科就诊。左眼视力０．３，不能用屈光矫正?
