建立应急供应是应对市场需求波动的主要策略之一。围绕零售系统在双源供应下向两类顾客提供服务的库存配置策略,建立库存水平状态稳态概率分布平衡方程,并推导出稳态概率分布以及系统的稳态性能指标;构建库存成本控制优化模型并给出改进的遗传算法;通过数值实验验证了算法的有效性并研究了库存配置策略。结果表明,库存配置策略优于优先权库存控制策略。另外,在顾客到达强度较大的情况下,当两种供应源产品价格差别较小时,可优先从应急供应源补货来控制成本。
Establishing emergency supply is one of the main strategies to deal with the fluctuation of market demand. Based on the inventory allocation strategy of the retail system providing service to two types of customers under dual-source supply, the steady-state probability distribution equilibrium equation of inventory level is established and the steady-state probability distribution and the steady-state performance index are derived. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by numerical experiments and the inventory allocation strategy is studied. The results show that the inventory allocation strategy is superior to the priority inventory control strategy. In addition, when the customer arrival intensity is high, when the difference between the prices of the two supply products is small, the replenishment from the emergency supply can be prioritized to control the cost.
