在科任教师课堂出现纪律问题的时候,班主任老师是否应该介入呢?我个人还是认为是应该介入。应该介入的理由有这样两个:首先,在《中小学班主任工作规定》中,班主任有“认真做好班级的日常管理工作,维护班级良好秩序,培养学生的规则意识、责任意识和集体荣誉感,营造民主和谐、团结互助、健康向上的集体氛围”的职责,有“经常与任课教师和其他教职员工沟通,主动与学生家长、学生所在社区联系,努力形成教育
