遏制法官腐败需要我们在制度上不断创新,对策上不断演进。从实践上看,权力被腐败的可能性并不会自动转化为现实性,促使这种转化实现的因素不是别的,正是权力主体的私欲。遏止腐败的途径不外乎教育、法制和监督的途径。加强道德教育,使法官不愿腐败“物必自腐而后虫生”。法官队伍的腐败分子腐化堕落无一不是首先在世界观、人生观、价值观方面出了问题,在权力观上发生了偏差。有的法官思想首先滑坡,理想信念淡薄,政治信仰动摇,价值观念扭曲。一些司法人员为了一己私利,把神圣的法律作为谋取私利的交换条件,为自己违法违纪行为寻找各种理由,即心理准备。从心理学的角度来
