随着"生殖健康"[1]这一问题在开罗召开的国际人口与发展大会上正式提出后,世界各国对生殖健康的研究已越来越广泛和深入.改革开放以来,我国青少年的性观念发生了很大的转变.

随着"生殖健康"[1]这一问题在开罗召开的国际人口与发展大会上正式提出后,世界各国对生殖健康的研究已越来越广泛和深入.改革开放以来,我国青少年的性观念发生了很大的转变.据上海市1995年对婚前体检的未婚青年进行的调查,婚前性行为的发生率高达69.3%,婚前人工流产率为35.7%,其生殖健康状况令人担忧[2].为了解医学院校学生的生殖健康行为状况和知识的了解情况,笔者在2001年对重庆医科大学1999级～2001级部分学生进行了调查.
