为了提高船舶舱内碳钢制品的使用寿命 ,以 2 0 #碳钢为例对其表面采用无氨、无氰溶液镀Zn以及钝化处理 .研究了镀Zn试样在中性盐雾以及含有机物质气氛中的耐蚀性能 .结果表明 :有机物质气氛是造成船舶舱内碳钢制品腐蚀的主要原因 ,而无氨、无氰溶液进行镀Zn能在很大程度上解决碳钢表面的电化学腐蚀问题 .
In order to improve the service life of carbon steel products in the ship’s cabin, 20 # carbon steel was used as an example to apply ammonia-free and cyanide-free solution to Zn and to passivate its surface.The effects of Zn- The results show that the atmosphere of organic substance is the main reason for the corrosion of carbon steel products in the ship’s cabin. However, Zn-plating without ammonia and non-cyanide solution can largely solve the problem of the electricity on the surface of carbon steel Chemical corrosion problems.
