胰岛β细胞功能障碍和胰岛素抵抗是妊娠期糖尿病发病的中心环节。近年研究发现,c-Jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)信号转导通路能被多种细胞因子和应激刺激(如紫外线、内质网应激、氧化应激、渗透作用和炎症因子等)激活,影响胰岛β细胞功能和胰岛素抵抗等从而在妊娠期糖尿病发病机制中起重要作用。现就JNK信号转导通路在妊娠期糖尿病中作用的最新研究进展作一综述。
Islet β-cell dysfunction and insulin resistance are central to the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes. Recent studies have found that c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signal transduction pathway can be activated by a variety of cytokines and stress stimuli (such as ultraviolet light, endoplasmic reticulum stress, oxidative stress, infiltration and inflammatory factors, etc.) Affecting pancreatic β-cell function and insulin resistance and so on in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes plays an important role. Now JNK signal transduction pathway in gestational diabetes in the role of the latest research progress are reviewed.
