白血病在临床上并非少见,它的诊断除症状与体征外主要是依靠周围血像及骨髓涂片的检查。一般诊断不难,但有些急性病例白细胞总数正常或减少,血片内看不到或只见极少数的幼稚细胞。我科曾收治一例患者、住院时血像及骨髓像均无典型白血病改变、最后尸检证实为急性白血病,现报告如下以供参考。 Leukemia is not uncommon in clinical, its diagnosis is mainly based on peripheral blood and bone marrow smear in addition to the symptoms and signs.
