教育对经济发展的贡献是一个人们公认的事实,虽然国外早有实证,并由此形成了教育与经济的良性互动,但国内至今尚无通过调查研究与数学方法有效结合的手段予以充分证实。正因为如此,教育对经济贡献的认同度也有所差异,进而影响了教育的地位和经济对教育发展的支持。在大量实地调查基础上的实证研究表明,教育对重庆经济发展的贡献显著,而进一步发挥教育对重庆经济发展的能动作用,则有赖于实施教育与经济协调发展的政策措施。
The contribution of education to economic development is a well-accepted fact. Although there are already some empirical evidences abroad and the positive interaction between education and economy has been formed, no means of effective combination of investigation and research and mathematical methods have been established so far in our country. Because of this, the recognition of education’s contribution to the economy is also different, thus affecting the status of education and the economy’s support for the development of education. Empirical studies based on a large number of field surveys show that education contributes significantly to the economic development of Chongqing while further exerting the active role of education in Chongqing’s economic development depends on the implementation of policies and measures for the coordinated development of education and economy.
