红外探测器的归一化探测率D~*和单色探测率D~*(λ)是对不同辐射源测量的。本文参考资料[1]中积分灵敏度和光谱灵敏度的关系,推导了D~*与D~*(λ)的关系式。辐射源的温度与测试D~*用黑体温度不同时,红外系统计算不能直接引用D~*;辐射源不是单色光时也不能直接引用D~*(λ)。在一些资料等中,作了倚化假设,仍直接用D~*作系统的计算,本文作者认为有进一步探讨之余地。本文以无背景辐射下系统信噪比的计算为例,引用了D~*和D~*(λ)推导中的处理方法,并参考[1]中有效辐射的概念,推导了任意温度辐射源的连续光谱照射下探测器信噪比的表达式。文中提出了用D_(max)~*及有效辐射功率P_(?)替代D~*及真实辐射功率P来进行计算的修正方法,以供批评讨论。
The normalized detection rate D ~ * and monochrome detection rate D ~ * (λ) of the infrared detector are measured for different radiation sources. In this paper, the relationship between integral sensitivity and spectral sensitivity in [1] is deduced, and the relation between D * and D ~ * (λ) is deduced. When the temperature of the radiation source is different from that of the test D ~ * with the black body temperature, the infrared system can not directly calculate D * * when calculating the blackbody temperature; and D * * (λ) can not be directly used when the radiation source is not a monochromatic light. In some of the information, we make the assumption that we can still use D ~ * to make the system calculation, and the author thinks there is room for further discussion. In this paper, the calculation of signal-to-noise ratio without background radiation is taken as an example, the processing methods in D ~ * and D ~ * (λ) are cited, and the concept of effective radiation in [1] Of the continuous spectrum of radiation detector SNR expression. In this paper, a correction method of calculating D_ (max) ~ * and effective radiation power P_ (?) Instead of D ~ * and real radiation power P is proposed for criticism and discussion.
