目的 探讨 +GZ应激对麻醉犬血液和心肌组织中神经肽 Y(NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的影响。 方法 10只麻醉犬分为两组 :实验组 (7例 )和对照组 (3例 )。实验组均经受从+1GZ到 +9GZ作用 (+1,+3,+5 ,+7,+9GZ分别作用 6 0 s,间隔 2 0 m in)。取每次 +GZ作用前后1m in动脉血以观察血浆中 NPY、CGRP含量的变化 ,并取 +9GZ加速度作用后心肌组织 ,观察局部组织中 NPY、CGRP含量的改变。对照组不经受 +GZ值作用。 结果 +3,+5和 +7GZ作用后可引起血浆中 CGRP含量的明显升高 ,而 NPY含量直到 +7,+9GZ后才显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 +GZ重复暴露后麻醉犬心肌组织 NPY、CGRP含量较对照组均有明显的升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。而 NPY/ CGRP在+1,+3,+5和 +7GZ加速度作用后较作用前降低 ,在 +9GZ作用后较作用前有明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 +GZ重复作用可引起麻醉犬分泌 NPY、CGRP的改变。此种改变可能是引起 +GZ应激后心血管功能改变的重要原因之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of + GZ stress on neuropeptide Y (NPY) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in blood and myocardial tissue of anesthetized dogs. Methods Ten anesthetized dogs were divided into two groups: experimental group (7 cases) and control group (3 cases). The experimental groups were all treated from + 1GZ to + 9GZ (+ 1, + 3, + 5, + 7, + 9GZ, respectively, 60 s, 20 mins apart). Take 1m in arterial blood before and after + GZ treatment to observe the change of plasma NPY and CGRP content, and take the acceleration of + 9GZ myocardial tissue, to observe the local tissue NPY, CGRP content changes. The control group did not experience the + GZ effect. Results After treated with +3, +5 and +7 GZ, the content of CGRP in plasma was significantly increased, while the content of NPY was not significantly increased until +7 and +9 GZ (P <0.05). + GZ after repeated exposure to anesthetized dogs myocardial NPY, CGRP levels were significantly higher than the control group (P <0. 05). However, NPY / CGRP decreased after + 1, + 3, + 5 and + 7GZ acceleration compared with that before exercise, and increased significantly after + 9GZ treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions + GZ can cause changes of NPY and CGRP secretion in anesthetized dogs. This change may be one of the important causes of cardiovascular function after + GZ stress.
