利用差示双波长分光光度法测定泰诺口服液中对乙酰氨基酚的含量,测定波长为232nm和268nm,利用振幅值为定量信息,可以消除红色背景和辅料的影响。测得回收率为9892%~102%,RSD均小于040%。本法与酸水解后重氮化法测定结果比较,无显著性差异
The content of acetaminophen in Tylenol oral solution was determined by differential dual wavelength spectrophotometry. The determination wavelength was 232nm and 268nm. Using the amplitude value as quantitative information, the influence of red background and excipients could be eliminated. The measured recoveries were 98.92% -10.2% with RSDs less than 040%. This method and acid hydrolysis after diazotization determination results, no significant difference
