本文报道了用作物秸秆和牲畜粪便作发酵原料,总固体(TS)含量在20%以上,呈固体状态的沼气发酵三年的试验研究结果。在平均气温为25~27℃时,发酵100~120天,平均池容产气率达0.3—0.37M~3/M~3发酵容积·天,原料利用率为250升沼气/kg·TS左右,气体中的甲烷含量在56—67%之间。产气量比相同容积的水压式沼气池提高1.33—2.02倍。此外,作者对沼气干发酵前后原料成分的转化和碳素平衡进行了测定和分析,提出了本工艺的主要技术措施、以及这些措施的发酵参数。并对工艺过程中的pH控制和挥发酸的变化等问题进行了较详细的分析和讨论、
This paper reports the results of a pilot study on biogas fermentation in solid state with total solids (TS) content above 20% using crop stalks and livestock excrements as fermentation materials. When the average temperature is 25 ~ 27 ℃, fermentation time is 100 ~ 120 days, average gas production rate reaches 0.3-0.37M ~ 3 / M ~ 3 fermentation volume · day, raw material utilization rate is about 250L biogas / kg · TS , Methane content in the gas between 56-67%.
