针对二次供水用水量日变化系数大的特点,设计了一套由流量自动调节光照强度的紫外消毒系统,并通过试验确定了该装置的最佳操作工况,即当用水量<2.5 m3/h、2.5~7.3 m3/h或>7.3 m3/h时,通过自动控制系统开启不同数量25 W的UV灯管使其光照强度分别为0.54×1019、0.82×1019和1.48×1019quanta/s时,可满足灭菌达标要求。同时考察了浊度、光照强度、接触时间等对紫外杀菌效果的影响。结果表明:当原水浊度<5 NTU时,其对紫外杀菌效果无明显影响;在一定条件下,光照强度越强,接触时间越长,杀菌效果越好。
Aiming at the large diurnal variation coefficient of secondary water supply, a set of UV disinfection system was designed to automatically adjust the light intensity by the flow rate, and the best operation condition of the device was determined through experiments.
